One Health Medical Centers is spearheading an initiative to highlight the significance of first aid knowledge. Recognizing that timely and appropriate first aid can save lives, the center is offering complimentary first aid workshops for the community throughout the month.
The workshops will cover essential topics such as CPR, wound dressing, and the Heimlich maneuver. Participants will also receive a first aid manual and a compact first aid kit to encourage preparedness at all times.
"We believe that everyone should have basic first aid skills. It's not just beneficial for the individual, but for the community as a whole," commented a spokesperson for One Health.
With a vision of a community equipped to handle emergencies, One Health Medical Centers hopes that these workshops will inspire more people to get trained and possibly make a difference when it matters most.
