At One Health Medical Centers, our
bilingual, highly qualified, licensed and board certified Neurologists
help our patients understand if there is a medical condition as to the
reason why you are noticing decreased movement or balance, changes in
your memory and thinking, to name a few. And not just related to your
age.
We make the make this process easy and fast for you, you will not need a referral to be seen by one of our in house Neurologist.
Some of the most common conditions treated in our centers are:
As well as follow up care for monitoring
conditions such as stroke.
If needed, our Neurologist will be able to refer you for treatments such
as Botox and/or physical therapy and Diagnostic studies such as EEG and
Angiographic studies.
And if a more specialized doctor is needed and you need to be scheduled
outside our centers, our referral department will take care of this
process for you. We will make the necessary appointments and notify you
once the authorization has been processed by your health plan.
We provide door to door transportation service in our own private fleet
of vans, to all the specialist appointments. This includes wheelchair
access vans.
