Our cardiologist treats these most common heart conditions by using oral medications, heart monitoring, pacemakers and if necessary, refers the patient to open heart surgery. - High blood pressure - High cholesterol - Heart Failure - Coronary Artery Disease - Heart attacks - Arrythmias If open heart surgery is necessary, we work together with the patient’s primary care physician and other specialties and refer them to the best hospitals in the area. Our patients do not need a referral to be seen by our cardiologist but if there is a need to refer out to outside specialist for imaging diagnostic tests, or open-heart surgery our referral department will coordinate the necessary appointments and notify them once the authorization has been processed by their health plan. For your convenience, we provide door to door transportation service in our own private fleet of vans to all specialist appointments.
