Pulmonology

At One health Medical Centers our contracted highly qualified, licensed, and board-certified and bilingual Pulmonologists want to help you understand that even though sometimes breathing is no longer second nature, they are here to help you breathe easier again.

If you have ever been short of breath, you know it can be a scary feeling. According to the American Cancer society, Lung cancer is the second most common type of cancer that affects both men and women. Lifestyle changes such as quitting smoking can lower your risk of lung cancer.

Our patients do not need a referral to be seen by our Pulmonologists. But if there is a need to refer out to radiologists, oncologists or to have diagnostic tests such as low dose computed tomography (CT), the only method recommended by the Center of Disease Control and Prevention for cancer screening, our referral department will coordinate the necessary appointments. We will notify you once the authorization has been processed by their health plan. At One Health Medical center, we do not want you to have to wait for answers.

Some of the most conditions treated in our centers are:

  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
  • Asthma
  • Lung Cancer
  • Pulmonary Fibrosis
  • Pneumonia

At One Health Medical Centers, we're committed to your well-being
